Refund Policy

We want families to feel confident enrolling. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available.

Courses & programs

• Before the program starts: full refund if you cancel at least 3 days before the first session.
• Within the first week: if the program isn't the right fit, contact us within 7 days of the first session for a prorated refund of remaining classes.
• After the first week: tuition is generally non-refundable, though we'll work with you in good faith on exceptional circumstances.

Summer camps

Summer camp seats are limited. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the camp start date receive a full refund; cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund or the option to transfer to a future camp.

How to request a refund

Email youthprogram@spairoacademy.com with your name, the student's name, and the program. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
